7:30 pm – 8:00 pm- 70’s Themed Activities (Courtyard)
9:00 pm – Festival/Night Market closes

4:00 pm – 9:00 pm – Photography, Art and Coloring Contest Exhibit (conference room foyer)
5:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Story Time with Putnam County Library (patio)

7:00 am – Check-in/Registration for Cupcake Chase 5K (large shelter)
8:00 am – Cupcake Chase 5K Run (large shelter)
11:00 am – Cupcake Festival Opens
11:00 am – Opening Ceremonies and Introduction of the 2026 WV Cupcake Festival Queens
11:00 am – 8:00 pm – Cupcake, Food and Craft Vendors (inside conference center and courtyard)
11:00 am – 8:00 pm – Art, Coloring and Photography Contests Exhibit (conference center foyer)
11:00 am – 8:00 pm – Inflatables for Kids (grass area at the end of the conference center)
11:00 am – 4:00 pm – Kid’s Crafts & Cupcake Decorating (patio)
11:30 am – 12:30 pm – Performances by local dance studios (front of main stage)
12:00 pm – 3:00 pm – Check in for Cupcake Baking Competition (conference center stage)
12:30 pm – Cupcake Pan Slinging Contest (baseball field closest to the wave pool)
