2026 Miss WV Cupcake Festival – Cayden Holcomb
Cayden is 19 years old from Charleston, WV. She currently is working towards her masters degree in nursing at WVSU, with plans to become a nurse practitioner in our state. Cayden loves traveling, baking, crafting, and spending time with her loved ones. Through her platform, Cayden’s Chapter, she enjoys volunteering to read in elementary school classrooms, as well as collecting books for the Children’s Home Society of WV!
2026 Mrs. WV Cupcake Festival – Amanda Fellure
Amanda Fellure, from Point Pleasant, WV, is a wife to Colby Fellure and a mother to Lincoln and Lainey Fellure. She’s a passionate animal lover, with three dogs and one cat. Amanda holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Liberty University and works full-time as an Infant II daycare teacher. A baseball enthusiast, she particularly admires the Cincinnati Reds. Always carrying a book or her Kindle, Amanda enjoys reading in her free time. Her mother-in-law, a full-time baker, spoils her with delicious cupcakes, especially the cookie dough ones! This year, Amanda is eagerly anticipating the WV Cupcake Festival, which will be her first time attending. She’s excited to meet new people and try all the delectable cupcakes. She eagerly anticipates the upcoming pupcake competition! She’s even considering bringing her basset hound to compete, which is one of the festival’s best reasons to attend. The festival’s charitable aspect is another reason for her excitement, as 100% of the proceeds go to children’s charities. Who doesn’t love a good cupcake?
2026 Ms. WV Cupcake Festival – Jamie De Ruiter
Jamie De Ruiter is a graduate student at Marshall University pursuing a second master’s degree. She has been selected as a Healthcare Administration Fellow with WVU Medicine for the 2026–2028 fellowship at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She is passionate about healthcare leadership and improving the lives of people in rural Appalachia through stronger healthcare systems and better access to care. In her free time, she enjoys thrifting, baking, traveling, trying new coffee shops, and supporting local businesses, as well as giving back to the community through volunteer work. Her favorite cupcakes flavor is wedding cake/funfetti. She is looking forward to the cupcake pan throwing competition at the festival and meeting so many amazing people in the state of WV. Come out and join us at the sweetest festival around packed with all the yummy treats you could imagine! Bring your friends, bring your family, and get ready for a fun-filled time that’s as meaningful as it is delicious. Every bite helps make a difference by supporting Backpack Buddies and giving back to our community. 2026 WV Cupcake Festival Teen – Hannah Gandee
Hannah Gandee is your 2026 WV Cupcake Festival Teen Queen. She is a freshman at Clay County High School and enjoys softball, volleyball, TSA, and theater. She is excited to see you all at the upcoming WV Cupcake Festival in August. She invites you all to join her in the cupcake eating contest, the event she is looking most forward to! She can’t wait to see you at the “sweetest festival” in WV.
2026 WV Cupcake Festival Pre-Teen – Paisley Mitchell
Paisley Mitchell is 12 years old and the daughter of Kasie (Philip) Tucker and Bradley (Jessica) Mitchell. She is the older sister of Bailey, Bentley, and Caspyn. Paisley loves reading and writing stories and dreams of becoming both an author and a neurosurgeon one day. She is a member of the GWMS Soccer Team, GWMS Band, and the GWMS Track Team where she throws shot put and discus. She is a member of the Putnam County 4-H Teen Leaders, Midway Meridians 4-H Club, All County Band, All County Chorus, and the National Junior Honor Society. In 2025, she was the Hurricane Independence Day Preteen. Paisley has held many different community service projects, such as, when she raised money for the Kitchen of Blessing to provide Thanksgiving turkeys to those in need and when she gathered donations to provide seniors in assisted living facilities with Christmas gifts called Adopt a Grandparent.

Valerie Crissinger is 9 years old and lives in Webster County, WV. Her favorite cupcake is fun-fetti with vanilla icing and a TON of sprinkles. She is most excited about meeting new people and making new friends this year!
2026 WV Cupcake Festival Young Miss Mini Cupcake – Dani Miller
Dani Miller, 6 years old, from Huntington, WV. Her favorite cupcake is a Chocolate Cupcake. Dani is excited to meet all her sister cupcake queens & get to know them all better over the upcoming year. She loves everything about the Cupcake Festival and is extremely excited to be a part of the festivities again this year!!
2026 WV Cupcake Festival Little Miss Mini Cupcake – Emmarie Snider
Emmarie is a bright and energetic 5-year-old from Philippi, West Virginia. She loves staying active by playing soccer, wrestling, and competing in pageants. Emmarie’s favorite cupcake is chocolate with chocolate icing. Emmarie is proud to hold the title of 2026 Little Miss Mini Cupcake and is excited to share her big smile and sweet personality.
2026 WV Cupcake Festival Petite Miss Mini Cupcake – Aubryn Maynard
Aubryn Maynard is from Parkersburg, WV. Her favorite cupcake is a strawberry cupcake. She is most excited to go to all the different events and eat all the yummy food.
2026 WV Cupcake Festival Mini Miss Mini Cupcake – Caroline Wise
Caroline Wise is 3 years old. She likes camping, spending time with friends and family, and going to the race track. Her favorite cupcake is a Chocolate cupcake with pink and purple icing and sprinkles. She is most excited for this years festival to represent her title and make new friends.

Brilee Ruth Starn is 2 but will be turning 3 on April 10th. She loves all cupcakes but a Strawberry Cupcake with a Strawberry on top is her favorite. Brilee is most excited about attending the festival and trying all the cupcakes.

Kenlee Cooper is 1 years old and is from Barboursville WV. Her favorite cupcake is strawberry.
She’s most excited about meeting new people, getting to know her sister queens, and trying all the cupcakes! Kenlee just loves people.
2026 WV Cupcake Festival Baby Miss Mini Cupcake – Analeigh Starn
Analeigh Brae Starn is 6 months old from Wayne, West Virginia. She loves vanilla cupcakes with white icing and sprinkles on top. Analeigh is excited for warm weather so she can go to drag races and spend her time in the cool water with her friends and family. Most importantly, she is excited to attend her first cupcake festival and try many new and different cupcakes.
