4:00 pm – 9:00 pm – Photography, Art and Coloring Contest Exhibit (conference room foyer)

11:00 am – Opening Ceremonies and Introduction of the 2025 WV Cupcake Festival Queens
11:00 am – 8:00 pm – Cupcake, Food and Craft Vendors (inside conference center and courtyard)
11:00 am – 8:00 pm – Art, Coloring and Photography Contests Exhibit (conference center foyer)
11:30 am – 12:30 pm – Performances by local dance studios (main stage)
