WV Cupcake Festival Miss Queen: Macey Long

Macey Long is 17 and resides in Morgantown, Wv. She is currently a senior in high school. After high school she plans to attend West Virginia University to peruse her career in pediatric oncology. She is a very passionate advocate for scoliosis awareness and is working starting her non profit organization “curve around the world”. She enjoys reading, singing and playing the piano. She is a head member in the Best Buddies Program, Best buddies is a program that allows one on one connections to develop between people with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities. She has heard a lot about the West Virginia cupcake festival and is proud to be one of the many great representatives of it for the year!

WV Cupcake Festival Pre-Teen Queen: Josie Bailey

Josie is 12 years old from Hurricane, WV. She is a 7th grader at Hurricane Middle School where she is a member of the HMS Dance Team. She is also a member of student council. Josie is active in the River Ridge Church youth group and has danced for 6 years at Dancing Unlimited. Her future ambition is to become a marine biologist and have three dogs. That being said, she looks forward to watching the pupcake pageant during the WV Cupcake Festival and of course trying out many delicious cupcakes.

WV Cupcake Festival Teen Queen: Autumn Wooding

Autumn Wooding is 16 years old from Fairmont, WV. She attends East Fairmont High School where she is a Honeybee with the Busy Bee Band & Honeybees and is a member of the softball team. She also serves as secretary of her class. Autumn is active in her church and is a junior deaconess. She enjoys reading and plans to pursue law in college. Autumn is excited to represent the WV Cupcake Festival and can’t wait to see everyone.

WV Cupcake Festival Ms Queen: Brittany Sayre

Brittany Sayre is 31 years old and is from Point Pleasant, WV where she works for the World’s Only Mothman Museum and its sister stores. Brittany has been dancing since age 2.5 and teaches dance at To the Pointe Dance Studio. She attends the Sand Hill Road Church of Christ. In her spare time she enjoys singing, crafting, sewing, collecting vintage toys and music memorabilia and volunteering. She works with the Ronald McDonald House, God’s Hands At Work, and her own service project “My Poppaw’s Pillow.” Brittany has a dog named Punkin, and three cats. She was inspired by her Grandma Sayre to bake at a young age and loves a good cake (or cupcake).

WV Cupcake Festival Mrs Queen: Andrea Combs

Andrea Combs has been an elementary school teacher here in Putnam County for 20 years, and she has 2 Bachelor’s and 2 Master’s Degrees from Marshall University and WVU. She is the wife of Todd Combs, mother of Caroline and Carli, and Lolli of Axel. Besides being your Mrs. WV Cupcake Festival Queen and full-time teacher, she is also a very active pageant and cheer mom. Andrea also volunteers her time at the Mountaineer Food Bank, Frank Veltri Thanksgiving Dinner, Night to Shine, Run For the Wall, Backpack Buddies, and Bingo at Valley Park, just to name a few. In her spare time, she loves to travel, scrapbook, spend time with her family, and ride motorcycles with her husband.

2023 Baby Miss Mini Cupcake: Sophia David

This is Sophia David 2023 Baby Miss Mini Cupcake! She is 11 months old. She lives in Morgantown,WV with her mom, dad and four brothers! She will be celebrating her first birthday soon. She loves to play peek a boo, loves to play with her cat, Sox, and loves to learn and play with her four big brothers! Her future goal is to start walking and talking.

2023 Toddler Miss Mini Cupcake: Eliza Hill

Eliza Hill is two and a half years old and currently resides in Charleston, West Virginia. She will begin preschool in the fall. She just started gymnastics and loves tumbling and spending time with her friends. Eliza enjoys camping, dancing, singing, and most of all, when someone reads her a book. She is currently enrolled in the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program through the public library system. When she outgrows the books, she enjoys donating them to the Children’s Home Society of West Virginia. Eliza is known to bring joy wherever she goes. Eliza loves cupcakes and hopes that everyone can make it to the sweetest festival in town!

2023 Mini Miss Mini Cupcake: Tatum Blankenship

Tatum Blankenship is 3 years old. She loves dancing, singing and playing with her dogs and cat. She also loves pageantry. She has held a few titles in the last 3 years. She starts Pre K this fall and is excited about that and to start her 2nd year of dance class with Kelle Boggs dance studio.

2023 Petite Miss Mini Cupcake: Karley Newhouse

From Elkview, WV Karley is your 2023 Miss Petite Mini Cupcake Festival Queen. Karley is the daughter of Kenney and Karen Newhouse and has a brother named Kaden. Karley started pageants two years ago and has a passion for being on stage, sharing her smile with everyone and making her personality shine brightly. Karley will start Kindergarten in just a few weeks and is eager to learn. She is a member of the River City Youth Ballet Ensemble and a member of the West Virginia Mountainettes Team. In her spare time, she enjoys going to church, spending time with family and helping others where help is needed. Karley’s favorite cupcake is Chocolate with sprinkles!

2023 Little Miss Mini Cupcake: Violet LeMaster

Violet is 5yrs old and is in Hite Saunders Elementary kindergarten class. She loves playing with shopkins, her little sister Lila and coloring. Violet is starting her second year on Bridgets Dance Academy’s petites competition team. When she’s not dancing or playing she loves to help out in her community and attend fairs and festivals throughout the state. When she grows up she wants to become a chef.

2023 Young Miss Mini Cupcake: Caroline Wolfe

Caroline is the daughter of David and Christy Wolfe from Hurricane ,WV. She is 6 years old and is in 1st grade. She loves playing Barbies, make up, singing & dancing and gymnastics. She just joined the competition team at Dancing Unlimited and is thrilled! She is active in her church youth group and enjoys helping others. She loves taking care of her baby sister and playing with her two older brothers. She is a joy to her family and friends.

2023 Junior Miss Mini Cupcake: Brianna Barger

Brianna is 8 years old and in third grade. When she’s not on the pageant stage she enjoys helping with various community projects such as Ronald McDonald House, Backpack Buddies, filling blessing boxes throughout her community and helping with various fundraisers for the West Virginia Cupcake Festival. She has also launched her own community project called Pennies for Puppies in which she hosts an annual lemonade stand to raise funds to purchase much needed items for the Putnam County Animal Shelter. When Bri isn’t volunteering her time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering for the Winfield Generals, gymnastics and traveling with her family.
